Wood and Nail Art
Task: The next task was to spilt into our houses from the people in our class. Find two pictures of your waka and sent it to our teacher.
The pictures have to be side on so it can act as a stencil on our piece of wood. My waka is Hikianalia. Once we had sent the pictures the whole class voted for each houses picture. The whole class voted for the first picture. If the points were counted this is how it would have looked:
2nd picture 1st picture
Two The rest of the class
I really enjoyed the first full session of wood and nail art. I hope that the rest of the term will be the same.

Wood and Nail Art
Today we had art rotations and after morning tea our whole class moved to room 1 for wood and nail art.
We got into groups of two's and three's and nailed down nails onto a piece of wood and a stencil of a star. Nailing was the first stage and this picture is when me and Angelica had finish the first stage.
The second stage was picking the wool and making a pattern. Our pattern was designed by me and Angelica and this was the finish product.
